Job Description:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition from design to installation, managing the specification, ordering, scheduling, and on-site coordination of our kitchen projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Specification of Cabinets and Doors:
Ensure a seamless handover from the design team.
Accurately interpret design specifications for cabinets and doors.
Verify all specifications meet company standards and client requirements.
Ordering Furniture and Components:
Utilize Woodge software to generate and process purchase orders (P.O's).
Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of all materials.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
Scheduling Deliveries and Installations:
Develop and maintain detailed schedules for the delivery of furniture and components.
Coordinate installation timelines with clients and fitting teams.
Ensure all deliveries are on time and installations are completed as scheduled.
On-Site Liaison:
Serve as the main point of contact for fitters during installations.
Address and resolve any installation queries or issues promptly.
Conduct site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within the kitchen or interior design industry.
Proficiency in using quoting and ordering software.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
